Once you have purchased your new pet we will be here to offer support and advice on anything you need to ask. Even if a question seems trivial please talk to us so that we can help.

We will help and advise you on the most suitable reptile for your home environment. We will give you information on the care and husbandry of the animal that you select and how to get further help and advice from other sources. We may tell you that an animal is not suitable because of your home environment or for other reasons. Please do not be offended by this we are giving you this information for the benefit of the animals concerned.

(Service is only available within a 60 mile radius of Reading Berkshire.) Are you planning a birthday party, school fete, class project or special event. Why not have something a little more unusual to inform and entertain your guests. We can bring a selection of reptiles and spiders to your event and arrange anything from an educational talk to a hands on experience with the animals. We have care sheets for most species and these will always be supplied with animals purchased from us.

If you purchase an animal from us we will usually be able to tell you which sex it is, however some species are very difficult to sex at a young age, some species are nearly impossible to sex at any age. With any animals purchased from us we will offer to sex them at a later date free of charge if they cannot be sexed straight away. We also offer a probing service for customers own snakes this is charged at £5 per animal.

Should your animal need medical attention we can give you the name and address of a local vet.

Larger lizards such as Bearded Dragons and Iguanas will probably need their claws clipped occasionally we offer this service at £5 per animal.
